Who we are
This Privacy Policy is for Dreamtime Game Studios (“Dreamtime”, “we”, “us”, “our”), a software company and game studio based in Australia. Our public sites include dreamtimegamestudios.com and related pages that link to this policy (together, the “Sites”).

We aim to handle personal information in a way that is consistent with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), to the extent that Act applies to us.
What this policy covers
This policy explains how we handle personal information when you:
- visit or use the Sites;
- email us or otherwise contact us about Dreamtime, ARIA, TAIKUNDA or related work; or
- follow links from the Sites to our public social channels or store pages.
It does not cover:
- Steam, consoles, app stores or other platforms where you wishlist, buy or play a Dreamtime game — those services have their own privacy policies;
- third-party social networks (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Threads, Facebook, X, Reddit and similar); or
- employee or contractor records.
The Sites are public marketing pages. Products named on them (including ARIA and TAIKUNDA) are described as coming soon. This site does not offer user accounts, in-browser play, downloads of commercial builds, or checkout.
What we collect
Information you choose to give us
If you email admin@dreamtimegamestudios.com or contact us another way you choose, we collect what you send — typically your email address, name if you include one, and the content of your message.
Information created by visiting the Sites
Like most websites, our hosting or delivery infrastructure may create ordinary technical records when you load a page (for example IP address, browser type, pages requested, and timestamps). We use that only to operate, secure and troubleshoot the Sites.
What we do not collect on these Sites
- We do not run user accounts on these Sites.
- We do not ask for payment card details on these Sites.
- We do not intentionally collect sensitive information (as defined in Australian privacy law) through these Sites.
- We do not currently run advertising pixels or third-party analytics trackers on these Sites. See our Cookies notice.
How we use information
We use personal information to:
- operate and secure the Sites;
- reply to enquiries and keep a record of correspondence where needed;
- understand basic technical issues (for example failed requests); and
- meet legal obligations if they apply.
We do not sell personal information. We do not use Site contact details for bulk marketing unless you have asked to be on a list we operate, and you can opt out by emailing us.
Storage, security and retention
We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as required by law — for example enquiry emails for as long as the conversation and a sensible follow-up period require, then delete or de-identify where practicable.
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss, and unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Overseas disclosure
Some providers that help run websites and email may store or process data outside Australia (for example in the United States or the European Union). Where that happens, information may leave Australia. If you need more detail about a specific provider for a particular enquiry, ask us and we will tell you what we can.
Your rights
Subject to Australian privacy law, you may ask us to:
- tell you what personal information we hold about you;
- give you access to that information;
- correct information that is inaccurate, out of date or incomplete; or
- delete information we no longer need to keep.

Children
The Sites are general audience marketing pages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through account forms on these Sites, because we do not offer accounts here. Parents or guardians who believe a child has emailed us personal information can contact us to request deletion.
Changes
We may update this policy when our Sites or practices change. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the Sites after an update means the updated policy applies to later visits.
When Dreamtime ships products that collect more data (for example a game client, cloud service or newsletter product), we will publish product-specific notices or update this policy before that collection starts.
